Faculty of Research & Innovation

From Concept to Commercialization.

The Bridge Between Engineering & Entrepreneurship

Welcome to the innovation hub of MIRE. In the tech industry, there is a harsh reality: building a brilliant product that nobody wants is the ultimate failure of engineering.

While our other faculties teach you how to build technology, the Faculty of Research & Innovation teaches you what to build, who to build it for, and how to take it to the global market.

We do not rely on accidental “Eureka” moments. Here, innovation is a rigorous, repeatable scientific process. We transform skilled technicians into successful tech-entrepreneurs.

Our Core Methodologies

We do not guess what the market wants; we engineer for it.

Stanford Design Thinking

We train students to deeply empathize with users, define exact pain points, and ideate without boundaries before writing a single line of code.

Agile & Lean Startup Execution

Stop wasting months on bloated projects. Learn to build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) rapidly, test them with real users, and pivot based on brutal market feedback.

Engineering for the UN SDGs

We mandate that our innovations solve real problems. Our projects are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, ensuring global impact.

The Lean Canvas Model

Transition your project into a business by mastering 1-page business plans, revenue streams, and Intellectual Property (IP) rights.
