Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the MIRE LMS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform. By accessing or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our LMS. Your continued use of the website and portal constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Educational Services & Enrolment

MIRE offers specialized educational programs in Robotics, IoT, AI, Machine Learning, and IT. By enrolling in a course, you agree to comply with all program requirements, attendance policies, and academic prerequisites. We reserve the right to modify course contents, schedules, and faculties to maintain high educational standards.

Student Accounts & Security

To access our courses, you must create a student account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Payment and Tuition Fees

All course fees must be paid in full or in agreed installments before accessing the course content. Payments are processed through secure gateways. If you opt for installment plans, failure to pay on time will result in temporary suspension of your LMS access.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including videos, source code, design files, slides, and handouts, are the intellectual property of MIRE. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access materials for your personal education. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale of our content is illegal.

Certificate Completion & Profile Verification

Certificates are only issued to students who meet the academic completion criteria (e.g., passing assignments, attending required sessions, and passing exams). You must complete your profile, including your full legal name, NIC/Passport number, phone, and home address, before requesting a certificate.

Student Conduct & Discipline

We foster an inclusive and respectful learning environment. Any form of harassment, hate speech, plagiarism, or malicious activity (such as attempting to hack the LMS or scraping content) will lead to immediate account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime, MIRE is not liable for temporary service disruptions, internet availability, or any indirect loss arising from LMS downtime. Our total liability is limited to the tuition fee paid by the student for the active course.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
