Trademark Notice

"MIRE", "Mechatronics Institute of Robotics Engineering", the MIRE crest and logo, our course and batch names, and the distinctive look of our certificates are trademarks of Mechatronics Institute of Robotics Engineering (Reg No: PV00362322). They identify our institute and the training we deliver, and they remain our property whether or not they are formally registered.

You may use our name in plain text, without permission, to refer accurately to us or to your own study here — for example on a CV ("Certificate in Robotics, Mechatronics Institute of Robotics Engineering"), in a news article, or when linking to our website. Students and graduates may share the certificate we issued them, unaltered.

Please write to us before using our logo or crest in any material of your own; using our name or marks in your company name, domain name, app name, or social media handle; implying partnership, accreditation, affiliation or endorsement that has not been agreed in writing; selling merchandise carrying our marks; or altering our logo's colours, proportions or wording.

Reproducing, editing or issuing anything that appears to be a MIRE certificate, transcript, batch enrolment or staff identity is prohibited, and we will pursue it. Every certificate we issue can be checked against our records — if you have been shown one you doubt, send us the details and we will verify it for you.

Email us with a description of what you want to use, where it will appear, for how long, and a mockup or draft if you have one. We normally reply within five working days. Permission, when granted, is limited to the use described and does not transfer any ownership in the mark.

If you find our name, logo or certificates being used by someone who has no right to them, tell us. Include the web address or a photograph, the date you saw it, and anything you know about who is behind it.
